Exchange & Return Policy

At Sumo Egypt, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If you experience any issue with your order, you may request an exchange or return in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

Exchanges

• Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, or damage, and must not have been altered in any way.
• All original tags and packaging must be attached and returned with the product.
• Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to stock availability.
• The customer is responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an order error on our part.

Returns

• Return requests may be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process any return request.
• Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–14 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an order error made by Sumo Egypt.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Products cannot be exchanged or returned in the following cases:

• Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without their original tags or packaging.
• Products purchased during clearance sales or final sale promotions (if applicable).

Defective Products or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue. In such cases, Sumo Egypt will cover all shipping costs related to the exchange or return.

Important Notes

• Sumo Egypt reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request if, upon inspection, the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
• This policy does not affect any statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
